TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms govern your use of gooseclub.co and your purchases from Goose Club Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. If we make an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. Sales tax is applied where required. We currently sell and ship to the United States and Canada.

Products

Items are made to order. Product photos are accurate mockups of the real garments; minor variation in placement and color between the photo and the produced item can occur and isn't a defect. Genuine defects are covered — see Shipping & Returns.

Promotions and codes

Discount codes and storewide promotions don't stack; when both could apply, checkout automatically gives you whichever is the better deal. Promotions can end or change at any time.

Our stuff

The Goose Club Co. name, the goose, the duck, the designs, the Goose Scale, and all site content are our intellectual property. Wear it proudly; don't reproduce it commercially without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The site is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that can't be disclaimed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
